Eating Chili Peppers For Your Good Health

Chili peppers can help your health. This vegetable has been giving benefits to many people in many countries. The most recently research about this food say: “Prevent Stomach Ulcers... Chili peppers have a bad- and mistaken- reputation for contributing to stomach ulcers. Not only do they not cause ulcers, they can help prevent them by killing bacteria you may have ingested, while stimulating the cells lining to stomach to secrete protective buffering juices”.  (http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=foodspice&dbid=29)

This research about the chili peppers show us the importance for to eat frequently these vegetables. Because the chili pepper does not hurt us, the chili pepper can kill some bacteria you may have ingested and the chili pepper can prevent stomach ulcers.

First, the chili pepper does not hurt us. When science shows us the different arguments why this food is very good for us then we can believe in these results from these researches. For illustration, Mr. Ramon, who is my neighbor, he has been eating the chili pepper for 40 year and he never had had some problem of stomach ulcers and he is 60 years old.

Second, the chili pepper can kill bacteria you may have ingested. When people want to eat in many restaurants how Wendy’s, MacDonald’s, Pizza Hut, Taco Bill etc. then sometimes these restaurants have not carry to clean their kitchens and people have ingested many bacteria from the food. For example: My cousin does not want to eat never the chili pepper and frequently has problems of his stomach. He constantly is very sick in his stomach.

Finally, the chili pepper can prevent stomach ulcers. When the scientist community has been studying about many facts and consequences of this food or another food then they can give us clear information for to know why this is good food or why this is not good food. In other words, Mr. Ricardo, who is grandfather of my friend, he is 90 years old and he has been eating his food with many chili peppers for log time. He is very healthy due his habits for to eat chili peppers.   

  In conclusion, the research about the chili pepper say that the chili pepper is healthy for us because the chili pepper could not affect us, the chili pepper could kill bad bacteria and the chili pepper could protect of problem of ulcers in the stomach.
